Old Games that are still awesome

With lack of anything better to post, I'm going to post a list of old games that still work on my crappy desktop. These games are still so goddamn fun, and people mod them continuously, so the fun remains forever it seems.

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Second Edition

Grand Theft Auto is still amazingly fun. After I got about 75% through the game I discovered the MultiPlayer mod, and that keeps me entertained until I take the time to finish the game. The multiplayer addon can be found here: http://sa-mp.com/

Warcraft III Battle Chest

WarCraft is a great game, but I'll be the first to admit I've only played through the first 4 levels. I've had random battles online when there are no custom games to play, but my biggest time-waster is DoTA. If you haven't heard of it, it's basically like a hero team vs another hero team. Their are troops, but they move in a set path. You win if you destory an enemies base. It has a large player base and several large scale competiitons. The pro players earn 10's of thousands of dollars as they win competitions. If you know the torrent game and would like to use it without paying, you can't play on Battle.Net.But there are several alternatives.

Garena: Garena allows you to play even if it's not official as in your serial key allowed it to pass the setup, but not actually play.

Download the DoTA map: http://www.getdota.com/

Trailer for the latest DoTA (Gonna be AWESOME): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LNTT5J54V7w

In conclusion, Google is your best friend. If you need some help, some guides and etc just Google it. Or leave a comment or an email, and I'll get back to you.

Raekwon on a song with Kanye and Bieber?

http://bit.ly/9JnbJH

I, for one, have lost all respect for the chef. For those of you who think this isn't a big deal lemme just point out 2 things:

All of our fathers is bank robbers, holding techs
Eighths of heroin, shooting in the steps

- Raekwon

And I was like
Baby, baby, baby ooh
Like baby, baby, baby noo
Like baby, baby, baby ooh
Thought you'd always be mine, mine
- Justin Bieber

What has kanye been upto this past year?

Turns out these are all true. Kanye, Kanye, Kanye...

Best Books I've ever read

During the summer, with lack of nothing to do, I go to my library ever two weeks whenever I get the chance. I like to read, especially now that I'm writing my own book, I like to get whatever inspiration I can. During a visit to my local library, I was fortunate to check out some really good books. And I mean life changing. John Green is amazing and now and forever more, will remain my #1 author. I returned those and then was fortunate enough to pick out a series of books that entailed to my sense of action and discovery also I compiled my top list a month later. Here are the books that kept me sane during the summer

Looking for Alaska
Boarding school, mostly all teens, sex, murder mystery with quotes that you will memorize and use over and over again.

Tales of the Madman Underground
Reading Looking for Alaska before this and you will find that is this also a good read. A boy faces challenges in his small town, the whole story takes place over a week, which is extremely amazing, packing so much into 7 days.

Paper Towns
A girl changes a boys life and mysteriously dissapears soon after. Kind of like Looking for Alaska, without the death.

The True Meaning of Smekday
Funniest book ever. With some extremely hilarious comics between chapters.

Skulduggery Pleasant
The whole series is epic. Undead detectives, magic and mystery. Theirs also comedy and dark forces at work.

The Hunger Games
The whole series here also. It seems to have become a cult classic all of a sudden, with a movie in the works so probably be good to check it out now rather than later. A girl is pitted against other competitors in an annual competition, and only 1 can survive

SideScrollers
I usually don't read comics but this was a pretty good "Misfit" one. Lots of humor also.

Eragon
Previously this might have been somewhere in the top 5, but Christopher Paolini is inconsistent with releases :[

Anyway take a look at these books. I promise you will like them.
